Adaa Khan
Adaa Khan (born 12 May 1989) is an Indian television actress and model. She is most known for her roles in Behenein as Akashi, Amrit in Amrit Manthan, Shesha in Naagin, and Sitara in Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara. She appeared on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 in 2020.
Early and Personal life
Khan was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 12 May 1989. Her mother, Parvin Khan, died of cancer in March 2013. Imran Khan is her brother. Adaa attended JBCN International School in Mumbai for her early education. She then enrolled at Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College in Mumbai, where she completed her graduation course in English Literature. She also completed her master’s degree in sociology. Khan was in a relationship with Ankit Gera, an actor. However, he was allegedly cheating on her with his Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke co-star Roopal Tyagi.

Career
Khan began her modelling career. She then made a number of adverts. Khan decided to begin her acting career in television after modelling and commercials. In 2009, she made her debut in the Hindi television industry as Vigya in Sony Entertainment Television‘s serial Palampur Express. She landed the show Behenein on Star Plus in 2010. It tells the story of four wealthy and attractive sisters. She was cast as Aakashi Shastri, the parallel lead. In 2012, Khan played the courageous Princess Amrit Kaur Sodhi in Director’s Kut Productions drama Amrit Manthan, alongside Ankita Sharma, Dimple Jhangiani, and Wasim Mushtaq. She appeared in episodes of series like as Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Crime Patrol, Code Red, and Savdhaan India @ 11. She appeared on the reality show Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki.
Khan was cast in the role of Shesha, a shape-shifting serpent, in Naagin in 2015. Her ferocious appearance and delivery of language made her role extremely popular with the public. Khan played Shesha again in Naagin 2 in 2016. She portrayed Sitara in the supernatural series Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara in 2018. Khan featured as a guest in the final few episodes of Naagin 3 in 2019, reprising her role as Shesha. She appeared on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 in 2020. Khan reprised her role as Shesha in Naagin 5 the next year. She appeared as Shesha in Naagin: Basant Panchami Special in 2022. She returned as Shesha in Naagin 6 in an important role in 2023.
