Disha Parmar
Disha Parmar Vaidya (born 11 November 1994) is an Indian actress who works in Hindi television. Her depiction of Pankhuri Gupta in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara which she made her acting debut in 2012, has garnered her widespread recognition. With her portrayal of Priya Sood in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, she gained further notoriety.
Early and Personal Life
Parmar was born on 11 November 1994 in New Delhi. She finished her education at Delhi’s Sadhu Vaswani International School. She took part in plays, fashion displays, and dancing competitions while she was at higher secondary school. In Delhi, Parmar appeared in numerous print and television advertisements. She started her master studies in business marketing but abandoned them midway since she was chosen for Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. During his time on Bigg Boss 14, singer Rahul Vaidya proposed to Parmar on the day of her birthday. In Mumbai, Parmar wed Vaidya on July 16, 2021.

Career
Parmar organised the auditions for Rajshri Productions throughout a year at Delhi-based Elite Model Management India Pvt. Ltd. She signed up for the auditions and was chosen for Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara starring part of Pankhuri. She was seventeen at the time. Her on-screen relationship with co-star Nakuul Mehta has garnered appreciation. Along with her work on the serial, she continued to appear in commercials. Parmar made an appearance in the Arré web series I Don’t Watch TV in 2016. She portrayed Jhanvi/Jia, the main character, in the daily soap Woh Apna Sa on Zee TV in 2017.
Both “Yaad Teri” and “Madhanya” music videos with Rahul Vaidya featured her. Later, in 2014, she was spotted participating in Box Cricket League. On Valentine’s Day, she attended Bigg Boss 14 as a guest to see her lover Rahul Vaidya. Parmar has been playing Priya in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 since August 2021. She earned favourable feedback for her performance, and many people praised her on-screen connection with Mehta.
