Puja Banerjee
Puja Banerjee is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Bengali films and Hindi television. She is widely known for her role as Vrinda in the Star Plus television programme Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna. She took part in Comedy Nights Bachao (2015) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (2014).

Puja born on February 6, 1987 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India is an Indian actress. She finished with her schooling at the St. Mission School. Then she did with the graduation from the Scottish Church College, Kolkata. She wed Kunal Verma, her co-star from Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna, in 2020. Banerjee and Verma welcomed a kid in October 2020, and they gave him the name Krishiv.

Career
Banerjee began her television career with Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki and later appeared in the romantic comedy Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna, where she portrayed Vrinda, a straightforward Punjabi girl. Puja made her acting debut in Veedu Theda, a Telugu movie. She co-starred in the movie Macho Mustanaa with Hiran Chatterjee, which was originally titled Macho Mustafaa but had its name changed because Muslim clergy objected to the word “Mustafaa” being used.
She won a part in the films Rocky, starring Mahaakshay Chakraborty and Sujit Mondal, and Challenge 2, directed by Raja Chanda and starring Deepak Adhikari. The unverified film Diwana Holo Mon, starring Hiran Chatterjee, is another. Banerjee took part in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 and was given the name Puja Bose. Rajit Dev, who also serves as Vaibhavi Merchant primary choreographer, was in charge of her dance.She participated in Comedy Nights Bachao from 2015 to 2017. Later, Banerjee took on the role of Afreen in the Qubool Hai cast on Zee TV.
She also portrayed Yasmine in the &TV drama Razia Sultan. She competed in Comedy Nights Live and Bigg Boss Bangla in 2016. Puja played Mehak in the 2017 film Dev, which also starred Sumona Chakravarti and Ashish Chaudhary. With season 2 of the programme in 2018, she made a comeback. She took part in Kitchen Champion 5 and Khatra Khatra Khatra in 2019, after which she portrayed Makdina in Vish. In the 2020 film Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi – Kahani Mata Rani Ki, she portrayed Vaishno Devi. After a two-year break, Banerjee made a comeback in 2022 as Ritika in the prequel online series Anupama: Namaste America on StarPlus.
