Shivangi Joshi
Shivangi Joshi (born 18 May 1998) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. In 2013, she made her acting debut as Trisha in Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi. Joshi is well known for her depiction of Naira Singhania Goenka and Sirat Shekhawat Goenka in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, for which she won multiple honours, including two Gold honours. Joshi’s other significant roles are that of Aayat Haider in Beintehaa, Poonam Thakur in Begusarai, and Anandi Chaturvedi in Balika Vadhu 2. In 2022, she competed in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and finished in 12th place.
Early life
Joshi was born 18 May 1998 in Pune, Maharashtra. She attended school in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. she did her graduation in B.A from hometown Dehradun. She was interested in acting & dancing and wanted to become an actress since her childhood. During her school days, she used to participates in many dance competitions on the National level. Her father, Sumanprakash Joshi, is a government servant, while her mother, Yashoda Joshi, is a housewife.

Career
Joshi made her television debut in 2013 with Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi on Zee TV. She then went on to play Aayat Haider in Beintehaa. She starred as Vishy in Love by Chance in 2014. Joshi later played Poonam Thakur alongside Vishal Aditya Singh in Begusarai. The show proved to be a watershed moment in her career. She debuted in 2016 as Meera in Season 4 of Yeh Hai Aashiqui and later as Jyoti in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.
Established success with Yeh Rishta Kya kehlata hai (2016–2021)
She began as Naira Singhania Goenka in Star Plus‘s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Hai the same year. Making her a household name outside the borders of the country. Joshi garnered multiple honours and nominations for her work as Naira, including the ITA Award for Best Actress Popular. Her character was killed off in January 2021, although Joshi remained on the show as a look-alike character, Sirat Shekhawat Goenka. Joshi was murdered off the show in October 2021, as was this second character.
She was set to make her Cannes Film Festival debut in 2020 with the film Our Own Sky, but due to the coronavirus, the film was later released on the OTT platform. It was revealed in November 2021 that she would play Anandi Bhujaariya in Colors TV‘s Balika Vadhu 2. She has also appeared in several music videos, including Aadatein, Baarish, and Teri Ada with Mohsin Khan, Kismat Teri, Aashiqui, O Dilbar Yaara with Shaheer Sheikh, and Humnava with Stebin Ben.
khatron ke khiladi and further work (2022–present)
In 2022, she competed in the stunt-based reality TV show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, which was recorded in Cape Town, and finished in 12th place.
